Rainbow International were appointed as disaster recovery by my insurance company following a flood at my property. They were extremely quick to respond and very respectful of both my personal possessions and the situation I was in. They were also the most helpful of all the people I dealt with during the initial stages of my claim and patiently advised me on what was going on and progress. Always had time for me. Fantastic service following a flooded bath tub in our home - Alison was wonderful upon contact and listened to our enquiry, answered all our questions and explained the whole process to us prior to booking in a visit. Upon arrival David the technician was friendly, professional and efficient with his work. We learned so much from him and his wealth of experience.
