A complete waste of time with their live chat three times I’ve followed their instructions to login to no avail. Why you can’t just buy from them without having an account is ridiculous.

Great to deal with, have purchased from them a few times now. Ordered a driving iron at 9.10am and collected it from their warehouse at 10.20am. excellent service !!!

Shocking service and stock management. Ordered an item with a discount code 2 weeks ago that, according to their website, was in stock. After my money was taken and i tried to arrange collection i was told that theres been a problem and the item wasn’t in stock. After numerous emails and phone calls ( half of which i could not get a response) i was told it was a manufacturer backlog problem and can’t guarantee when im will get my item. And now i have the choice to wait for an unknown amount of time or cancel my order. So i wont be able to use the discount code again (seems pointless offering it) also this item is in stock at numerous other companies. Not happy at all customer service is a disgrace!

Absolute Rubbish! They sell items they don't even have in stock so you end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time. AVOID!

Ordered early July ,Parcel arrived missing a glove ,thankfully not the most expensive item. After several emails ,phone calls that weren't answered and even a chat online .l am still awaiting a response how a company can take so long and without answering a query is beyond me now. I'm looking to replace all my clubs in September and definitely won't be using this company. My advice to you all is steer clear.

They sold an iron set on the website even though it was already out of stock, so they took several hundreds of pounds for a product that they did not have (later refunded).Their trade in service was terrible,the quotes were way below the market value and they later said the quote includes 20% additional bonus, even though that's not what the website says. It says the quote is for value of the club and they add 20% additional bonus to it to put towards new purchases on their site once the old clubs have been traded in. Shameful behaviour.I'm staying clear of this place and taking my custom elsewhere.

Dreadful service!! Can't get hold of them to sort out the problem. I placed an order in time for my nephew’s birthday on 29th June. Received the wrong size coat and gave it to him without checking, I ordered age 13-14 and received age 7-8. He was obviously disappointed so I contacted golf support to send the correct size out.They told me to evidence this wrong size (which I though unnecessary, and received no real apology) and then asked for me to pay to return it and on receipt they would send the correct size! This is not good customer service. I phoned several times on Saturday 1st July when, according to their website they are open and eventually got through to someone who was very helpful and sent me a free post return address. I promptly returned the wrongly sent item, this was on Tuesday 4th July. I was told the correct item would also be sent immediately. I am still waiting 2 weeks later! I have tried to phone several times this morning to no avail, sent an e-mail earlier this week-no reply, and tried to chat on line- only message sent! Still trying to get hold of someone and still no jacket in sight! Will not be using again.
