Bought my son a ET4 50cc and have had few issues. Called these guys (martin in Piaggio) helped me out. Excellent service and knowledge. Recommend them as they know there stuff.

Had a nice chat with Martin, who was very informative and forth coming with info about my rsv factory. And as for price all i can say is you get what you pay for, I would recommend them to anyone.

Used to be Yorkshire Aprilia and the staff used to be very helpul.The new owners at Ultimate Parts are rude and unhelpful.After being a customer for 6 years I ordered 10 items for £100 but told them I would confirm the order the following Monday.Over the weekend I found that the 2 most expensive items I ordered were available for half the price elsewhere, the other items were only a little more expensive.So I called them to cancel the 2 most expensive items but through loyalty would still order the other 8.The owner there was so rude and hung up on me, so I told them to cancel the whole order and I will be buying my parts from one of the many other suppliers out there.Don't waste your time with these over priced fools
