Hamlyn Smith were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. I inherited a property and needed to find a tenant quickly to avoid the mounting bills, Toby & Jerry found me a tenant quickly and hassle free and have gone on to manage it for me which takes a lot of stress off me. Great service 10/10

From the first call to arrange a viewing, through the negotiations, and finally the purchase, I was so impressed with both how professional and personal this was dealt with.There is nothing that would be too much trouble, and any question or query was dealt with immediately.We have since purchased another property through our business as a rental. Hamlyn Smith, again were faultless and provided the same first class service as before, and they are also going to be fully managing this property for us.
