I rang Glow Energy Services with a boiler/heating problem we received a quick response to our call. Fixed the problem on his first visit but was very expensive.

Contacted Michael after googling a well reviewed OFTEC registered engineer. Arrived Sunday as our oil boiler not working which meant me and my young family had no water and heating. He quickly diagnosed that parts were required to fix the problem and he arrived the following day and installed them. I’m happy to say that our oil boiler is back up and working and we now have hot water and heating again in a quick turnaround. Michael was very professional, friendly and left everything really tidy. Highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future.

As we have recently moved into the area, We Google a local gas engineer and came across Glow Energy who had very high reviews. Michael listen to our needs and suggested a boiler package for our new home. It was fitted to a high standard in no time. He even took the time to show me and my partner how we can operate it using our smart phones. He left the area tidy and cant thank him enough and it was nice meeting his partner Paula who assisted after she came after her work.

I'm really happy how Michael handled the job of installing radiators and carrying out service to our boiler in my house. I found him was very pleasant, hard working and he cleaned up afterwards. It was my first time using Glow Energy Services Ltd which were recommended to me by my brother. I must say, I was very happy with the service provided from Mike. He arrived smartly dressed and on time to carry out a gas tightness safety test. It was a nice touch that he even printed off the gas tightness test readings and explained them to me. He answered all my concerns and questions with confidence regarding the new boiler location. Highly recommended!

We contacted Michael to service our boiler. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Turns out he was able to to do another job in our bathroom the same day, it wasn’t a straight forward job but he managed to do it well and efficiently. Would highly recommend using Michael.

On a winters morning my heating was working fine but by lunch time it went off even though my boilers light was still on. I phoned my insurance company up who put me onto a local reputable company in Glow Energy Services Ltd.Michael came out with in a couple of hours who diagnosed the problem very quickly. He wrote a report of remedial works which was authorised. To my delight, Michael returned with a new simplified thermostat and receiver which he kindly showed me how to use. All in all, I would like to express my thanks to Michael. I found him very friendly, polite and a thoroughly likeable young man.

I called Michael explaining my boiler was leaking and he came out to check it promptly. I did have to have a new boiler but I cannot recommend Michael and Paula enough! Provided a professional service throughout and great workmanship. He explained what he was doing and how it would be beneficial for me in the long run and the savings i would make theoughtout the year.Michael did a excellent job and I have recommend him to family and friends.
