Booked a TV repair. Unrepairable sadly but these guys made no charge for a diagnostic check and even put it in the car for us on collection. They sell recon TVs with a guarantee. Highly recommend this outfit. Good old excellent customer service!!

I had a good quality, but older, Samsun TV with an apparent LED fault leaving a grey 'fog' across the top third of the screen. The Jarvis team were brilliant, fixed the problem with a new LED system and I got the TV back within a few days and at a reasonable price. Very pleased with their service and can thoroughly recommend them (just wished they opened later / on Saturdays!).

Fantastic service. I thought that maybe my trusted streaming amp might finally have croaked. It was £1200 new and I was resigned to shopping around for a replacement. Then I found these guys and they fixed it really quickly and for a great price.Thoroughly recommend.

After dealing with LG who were not very helpful at all, took our home theatre dvd player to Javis on the Friday. The following Monday they had fixed it. I had a few problems with reconnecting it and I emailed them and they were very helpful.

The guys here did an excellent job of repairing my Samsung TV and Dyson. Really quick turnaround, and my TV is looking as good as new. I'm glad I found them.

Fantastic service from a reliable local company. My elderly mum's 7 year old Samsung tv had developed a fault and we were tempted to just throw away and buy new, but took the TV to Jarvis and they gave a prompt free estimate a few hours later. TV now fixed economically, better for the planet and mum very happy not to have to have the challenge of using a different tv! ....and cheaper than buying a new one!! Many thanks.
