Rentinc Leeds

I have been renting with Rentinc nearly two years now and by far I have not been disappointed. They have always been fast replying and accommodating with requests and concerns. Jake has been an efficient and helpful agent.

I rented a lovely, well kept and located property through RentInc. My landlord Jake was really helpful, accommodating and friendly, he helped me out wherever he could with anything related to the flat and getting a tenancy takeover sorted. RentInc have been very accommodating in their management of our property, the house is lovely and well-kept. Our property manager is Helen who always replies promptly and in a very friendly manner so much so we have resigned. This is our 6th year renting shared accommodation and this has been the easiest, hassle-free company to work with by far.

Honestly Helen is nothing short of an Icon. She’s our property manager and couldn’t fault her at ALL. Every query I’ve had she’s responded within the day with pretty solid solutions. And I’d definitely recommend renting through this company.

Highly recommend renting from this estate agent, they’re the most professional and helpful place I have rented from! Turned up to our property on move in day and it was spotless after having professional cleaners come in. They’re always so quick in fixing any issues and their team and maintenance team are always helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t want to rent with anyone else after such a great experience with rentinc :)

All the team at rentinc are friendly and helpful. Helen was my property manager and was always a great and reliable communicator. One star off for cleaning service which was unreliable and often needed as the flat was not as clean and modern as pictured on website.

Helen has been an excellent property manager so far. She always replies to any issues or queries very quickly and has been super helpful in sorting them out. Couldn’t ask for better.

Rentinc has by far been the best letting agency that I’ve used during my time as a student. From the viewing right through to 6 months into our tenancy I’ve had no complaints to make about them. There was a mustard coloured wall in the bedroom I selected and a week before we moved in I asked on a whim if they wouldn’t mind painting it white for me, expecting them to say no as it wasn’t essential, but to my surprise the wall was painted before we even picked up the keys. Helen is our property manager and every email is replied to within a day and any problems we’ve had have been addressed quickly and efficiently and she always takes time to chat and explain what’s going on. All in all a really fantastic company who genuinely care about their tenants, unlike a lot of companies in leeds (Reddoor - avoid at all costs)Mia, Dagny & Jack

It's been 5 months of renting with Rent Inc., and I am confident that they are the best letting agency in Leeds. From the first day I moved into my flat, they have always responded to all my complains and requests promptly. The first contact for my apartment is Jake, and he is very kind and patient. I have like an email thread of my communications with him, and he is always ready to help.2 months ago, I also made a friend to rent with them, and he had the same positive experience like I did.As a student, I have always been concerned about renting through agents due to the terrible experiences of most students. One of the best things about Rentinc is that they are very prompt in responding to any query right from the moment you view the house you want till the time you move in and even after.Helen especially has always been prompt at responding to queries whether maintenance or otherwise and advising which is very commendable. She is reliable and you know your work will be done as soon as possible. Appreciate her and rentinc for this ❤️
