We are on holiday in the area and our vehicle developed a problem.Bill was very busy and couldn't fix it at such short notice.He did however recommend another repairer who was able to replace a broken coil spring on the day.Thanks Bill without your thoughtfulness, we would have been in trouble!

The most miserable and unhelpful owner I've come across....If your after help and you are on holiday do not go to this garage as you will be wasting your time.

Brilliant garage, I’ve been a repeat customer of Bill’s for a long time because I trust him to do a good job at a reasonable price. And when I’ve had unusual issues with my old car he’s always got the contacts to get the issue fixed and without a big mark up. Can’t fault the service. Thanks Bill and Michelle :)

I am a disabled 60 year old man who had engine problems...Went to this garage for help and was treated like 3rd class citizen..Was Very rude and unprofessional..If on holiday or have car problems do not go to this garage...I had to give 1 star because there is no option for zero star.

I was recommended the services of Bill by a close personal friend as I wanted a quality mechanic to look after my pride and joy.I contacted Bill by email and the conversations were seamless, professional and put my mind at rest.Bill carried out a brake fluid change, inspection service and the vehicle’s first MOT. The garages is immaculate and he contacted me ahead of time to let me know that the vehicle would be ready between a given and acceptable timescale.I collected the car and all the paperwork was within the vehicle. Bill hadn’t worked out how much I owed him at the time of collection however he emailed me a full breakdown of all the works carried out a couple of day’s later, and I paid by BACS.A very smooth and worry free experience. Highly recommended and I will be back for all the necessary work that my vehicle requires in the coming months and years.Thank you very much.
