Very helpful staff - sorted us out with a DC connector for a solar charging system we were fitting to a garage for a mobility scooter. Would definitely recommend this company.

I have never had a problem here they have been so helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only time parts are unavailable is when a buggy or chair is not the make they stock which is very rare. My friend has used Russells since it has opened and would recommend it to everyone. She recommended it to me and I will never look back as he and his wife are a very old fashioned and put the customer before any profit best shop in Worthing to go to. I can never thank them enough for the service they always give me.

I have always found the owners of this shop to be very helpful and polite. Nothing seems too much trouble. They take their time to give sensible and practical advice. I definitely feel that I get a very personal service unlike some others that I have tried.

Useless! If it were possible to give zero stars I would.. I went there to get my power chair repaired & they 'claimed' that they couldn't get the parts for my chair without even seeing what was wrong with it & despite the parts being readily available.. I'd avoid this place & save your frustration. Churchers Mobility in Shoreham is a much better place to go...

i had to take my MUM,S scooter in for a tyre repair, the man was more than helpful not only did he repair the tyre but he gave the scooter the once too see if every thing was ok and at no extra cost ,first class service many thanks
