I have been going to Jeff for about three years now and wouldn't go to anyone else! He has a lovely holistic approach to his treatments, and I now go to him once a month for what I call my MOT! My back is in the best shape it's been in for years thanks to him. Such a lovely friendly practice too - Laura is a gem!

Had my routine adjustments by Jeff @ The Spine Guy on Monday and alongside walking out feeling 6inches taller and free from pain and discomfort I've had 3 fabulous nights sleep as well.So many benefits from regular adjustments and feeling physically better makes me feel mentally healthier.

After years of back pain I was recommended The Spine Guy by my brother and the results have been amazing. I masked my pain with constant pain killers for many years and suffered agony after long car journeys for my job. After 2 sessions a week through July I was already feeling the benefits and Ibuprofen was no longer needed. This week I took a car journey down to Southampton and back in the same day and got out of the car with no pain or side effects from being sat for such a long time at the wheel!! I cannot thank Jeff, Laura and their team enough for their amazing work and approach to putting me back together in a pain free world.

I’ve been seeing Jeff for about 8 weeks. Through a combination of the sessions and the exercises (they have given me to do at home) I have experienced a noticeable improvement. I've been seeing Jeff for a number of years and he has been totally amazing fixing a number of long term issues in one or two visits as well as keeping me out of pain during all my sporting adventures. Continues to amaze me how he never fails to solve all my shoulder, knee, back and foot issues. His new set up in Moortown is superb and allows Jeff to offer even more. Would recommend to anyone with any pain or issues. He very recently allowed me to complete the Leeds marathon at 59 years old when I really thought my knee pain was going to make me withdraw.

I first visited The Spine Guy last week for my initial assessment. Since then I've been back this morning for my second adjustment, my second adjustment and I already feel less stress in my back with less aches and tightness. This has me excited to see how I'm going to feel in a couple of months with the help and guidance from Jeff, Laura and the team.On my first visit I had no idea what to expect, I've never seen a chiropractor before, I've seen physios osteopaths etc but never a chiropractor, straight away i was greeted by a very pleasant team and atmosphere where I felt relaxed and comfortable. I then went through my assessment with Jeff and Laura who throughly explained everything that was going on, why it was happening, the benefits of what was going on and what will happen moving forwards. Add all of this together and within that first visit I already had the confidence that I'd made the right choice!!Now after todays visit I can 100% say I know I've made the right choice, great team, great environment, very professional, extremely friendly, back already feels better after just two adjustments, but the biggest positive for me is that you can tell they genuinely care and want to help you.Jeff, Laura and team, thank you, I'm really looking forward to this journey!!Kind regards Danny

I would highly recommend The Spine Guy! Like many others I had been ignoring my back pain and poor posture for a long time but finally decided to bite the bullet. I am now 6weeks into my treatment and the improvement is amazing, I’m already standing up straighter, feeling less aches in my lower back and even looking flatter in my stomach.The whole team are so welcoming and supportive, from coaching on exercises to making it super easy to juggle my treatments alongside my two young children.Thank you all!

Jeff and Laura have been great, in addition to the typical 'back cracking' to correct the alignment of my spine, their programme of posture correction has already given me better posture, more importantly this should prove beneficial in the long term.Thank you
