Thai Studio Pimlico

Last week I've tried a Thai Oil Massage for the first time and I have enjoyed every single minute!The room where I have received my treatment was clean and cozy and made me feel comfortable.Chaba did my massage and she has been very welcoming and attentive.So looking forward to booking the next massage!!

I'm a regular visitor and the massage therapists at Thai Studio Pimlico are all very well trained and always do an excellent job. However, the atmosphere in the studio is getting progressively worse. There is a constant noise from the reception area (chatting and laughter) and you can hear everything through the thin walls. My last massage was spoiled by someone entering the room not once, but twice! The second time the person who entered said with a loud voice 'NEXT CUSTOMER IS WAITING' and my massage ended abruptly there and then, although I still had 3 minutes left. This made it for a very disappointing (and not relaxing at all) experience! Please, can Management advise their reception staff to be a bit more considerate and not enter rooms while massages are in progress?

Today I had my first ever massage. Booked it for myself for my birthday, and can truly say it was a pleasant and professional experience. I will definitely endeavor to get deep tissue massages regularly going forward, and Thai studio will be my number one choice. Thank you to Jasmine for the massage.

Both me and my wife booked the Thai Oil massage after a long and stressful week of travels. It was a well needed treatment for our exhausted backs. We both had lots of knots on our backs. We came out feeling rejuvenated, energised and relaxed. Prices are reasonable and the team are all professional, experienced and kind. Would recommend.

I recently visited and had a great experience. The space was clean and calm, creating a relaxing atmosphere that helped me unwind from the moment I walked in. Kimmy, was fantastic. She listened to me and made sure to adapt the massage to my needs and preferences. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Thai Studio Pimlico and plan on returning soon.

I had an excellent experience yesterday. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very polite and offered me tea and water. I then had a beautiful Thai oil massage by Kimmy, whom I had booked because of someone else's positive review of her. It was definitely one of the best massages I've ever had and she seemed very experienced. I will definitely be returning here next time I visit London!

This place deserves 1 star only because the front desk manager is polite, otherwise it deserves a minus 1! If you want an uncomfortable massage from clearly inexperienced ‘massage therapist’, then be prepared to throw your money down the drain! I booked 90mins but stopped the treatment before half time because the girl had no idea what she was doing! I left in more pain and agony. Never have I ever had the bottom of my ‘skull massaged’ in a Thai massage, or pressed so hard to the point I told her three times to stop massaging it! She had no technique what so ever despite directing her multiple times what to do! Most AWFUL EXPERIENCE ever! They offered a partial refund, but they actually deserved to be sued given I left in pain. Please don’t waste your money on this shambles of a place that only requests CASH ONLY PAYMENTS! I wonder how much do they actually report back to the tax man?!

I’ve been here more than 7 times, and the massages are generally very good. The problem is the lady at reception. My 1h (55£) massage had to be stopped after 45 minutes because the lady wasn’t feeling well. She had left the room twice for more than 5 minutes during the massage. Of course I was ok in finishing if she wasn’t feeling well. She told me if it was ok to do only 30 minutes (which would of course be fair given y was barely half way through my massage - one leg done!!!). The lady at reception tells me she gives me money back but massage is 45 minutes, and the price for 45 minutes is 48£, so she gives me 7£ back!!!! And not proportionally… 55/4x3=41.25£! It’s not my fault that we had to stop the massage… but I felt scammed, because 1) it wasn’t 45 minutes, and 2) she can’t charge me “their” 45 minutes price for a half-way massage! I rather get it finished properly than get 7£ back!!! Very very disappointed, but you can’t discuss with the lady at reception. You like it or you leave. Disgusting

Amazing quality. Very clean and good atmosphere, reasonable pricing and great massage. Will visit again.
