We've been using KD as our go to since we moved here two years ago, quietly frankly the best takeaway in Hull. 85% of the time food is delivered within 30 minutes, and even the other 15% of the time it is always within the set delivery times. The staff are wonderful, the prices are exceptional for the portion sizes, hot, fresh, never greasy and they always accommodate our requests if we ever need or want a modification, like extra sauce or salad. Thanks Team KD for saving our tired butts after long work shifts! x

I just ordered a pizza and chips , one string off long black hair was on my pizza so I didn’t eat it. Then I wanted to dip my chips in the sauce dip and and they was dust in the sauce I absolutely feel sick.

We ordered from Just Eat and half of our delivery was missing. Missing 2 salads, 2 portions of garlic Mayo and a coke despite it all being on the receipt and fully paid for. The food itself was cold and the cheeseburger was burnt. The kebab we got had nothing but meat when there was meant to be sauce and salad in it.If one or even two things were wrong I’d be understanding but so much was missing.

Usually love this takeaway shop but tonight very disappointing even as simple as chips should be to get right, they was pretty poor, edible but didn't taste fresh, asked for a free bottle of Pepsi instead of a garlic bread after spending over £20 before delivery and service charges, usually never a problem with anywhere I have ordered from, think will give these a miss for a while, hopefully just a off night but tonight I am not a happy customer.

Ordered Al Capone pizza last night and ended up with a margarita pizza still trying to resolve it but still no al Capone pizza

Awful takeaway last night! Chicken donner absolutely stunk, had to be binned. Chips soggy and barely any actual potato in and the chilli sauce was full of mint/marjoram??? DisgustingWe won't be back, ever.

I used to frequent this location when I lived around the corner for here and could pick up the order, had a great relationship with the location even to the point of giving scrap meat to my dog when walking past.I moved out of the area and occasionally order via online apps and tonight fancied a hit of comfort food.The first order took over an hour to arrive, the food was tepid at best, the chips were left for so long in the polystyrene that they had become soggy with the water from the condensation in the container they had been left that long. So I ordered and got a replacement half an hour later. However, two of the items were not correct. A second replacement was brought and again they were incorrect, I called and a member of staff tried to tell me they were in the bag, they weren't. I asked for a replacement to be brought, it was agreed but then ten minutes later I was called and told I wouldn't get a replacement and next time I order they'd make it up for it - something I'm confident they'd deny if I attempt to ask next time. I have asked for them to contact JustEat to cancel the order to refund me instead.I was loyal to this takeaway for the best part of a decade, would always order something when friends came from out of town because of how good their food was. If I hadn't moved away this would have been my local today.Sadly this whole experience has made it clear that they are no longer the same place that I enjoyed and I won't be returning.I understand the first order being wrong, and if it was fixed not an issue. But for it to go wrong a further two times is careless and shows they don't value the quality of their food.When talking to the location I have been hung up on three times and dismissed also.

Has to be my favourite place for a kebab and a pizza at weekends in hull never let me down,and great prices too

First time I ordered from here last night. We ordered Offer 5. The pizza dough tasted really fresh, chips just how I like them and the donnermeat also tasted fresh. Will definitely order from here next time.

Great pizzas and nice sauces . Kebab good too . Friendly guys
