Emma is a fantastic friendly skillful hairdresser..... nothing is too much bother.

I went in with a photo of what I wanted. I had spent six months growing out a short bob. Wanted layers and a fringe and came out with a shorter bob than what I have spent six months growing out! The cut is good but not at all what I asked for and I was too upset to say anything. So upset now have longer than six months to grow it back to hopefully find a different hairdresser who will listen.

I had the worst haircut I have ever had at Hollies.I used to have my hair short and then decided I wanted it a bit longer, so left it to grow for a bit and then went to Hollies and asked for a bob. There was absolutely no suggestions from the surly hairdresser (she did not volunteer her name) so I asked for some magazines. She just handed them to me and just stood there. I looked through and found a photo which approximated what I wanted.She basically shortened the bits at the bottom. When I said that I felt the sides were a bit too heavy, she cut a bit more, and dried it. During the whole process I felt that I was imposing on her time, that she would rather be doing something else rather than her job. There wasn't even an attempt to brush the loose, cut hairs from my neck, so I asked for a brush and did it myself. She never said a word the whole time, but made her dissatisfaction with her job (and maybe life, I don't know) very clear.My hair looks awful and I will have to somewhere else so that my hair gets a bit more style.

Really great haircut today. Very clean and covid safe. Will definitely go back

Been to this salon for various different colour, cuts and styles! Could not be happier with the outcome, the staff helped me make decisions and gave advice. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable hair salon :)
