Excellent from start to finish! Booking was very straight forward and Grant was extremely accommodating to the many questions and concerns I had. We had Ben assist us on the day of the move and he could not have been more friendly. He was very helpful, took great care of all the boxes and was very positive and fun to be around! Ben and Grant from the Transport Brothers were the perfect choice for our move. The company came highly recommended to me by others who had used their services in our area. From first contact, Ben was polite and helpful over message, and professional and efficient whilst sorting out details over email. There was a family feel from the start and Ben made us feel comfortable. On the day, Ben and Grant were prompt and got going straight away. We just sat back and let them do their thing! They packed our things into their vans quickly but with care. And the same with the unloading too. Ben stepped up quickly to collect a sofa bed for me some distance away. He was very cheerful, polite, helpful and kept me up to date on progress throughout. I also asked him to look over the sofa to make sure it was in good nick, which could have been tricky if it was not, because he would have had to deal with that situation, but he was more than willing. Safely delivered and carried into our home. Large van look smart, spacious inside and just what was needed. His price was very reasonable indeed.I was very happy and would use him again.

I highly recommend BK / Ben and am very glad I booked him for our job. He was very prompt in dealing with a lot of initial enquiries from me (while I tried to work out the best way of getting a heavy piece of furniture bought on ebay dismantled and moved) with great patience and professionalism - all before any booking was made.He was very flexible, able to arrange a helper at the collection end (to dismantle and load in his local area of Windsor) in order to save us money, so we didn’t need a two person crew for the whole job.He was a pleasure to deal with by email and when we met in person.This is a company you can use with confidence - I knew I’d found my man when I could not find one negative or neutral review.
