I was a little bit nervous of using WBAC.com as I truly believed the online estimate was just a draw to get you to attend an appointment where they would absolutely pick my vehicle to bits and offer me way less? I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease speed and politeness I was afforded. My vehicle had a couple of small dents and blemishes which I knew would be picked up, but the amount agreed was so close to the online quotation I would’ve been mad to walk away. Absolutely delighted with the whole process which has saved me the aggravation of selling the vehicle privately which can be very hit and miss these days.

Sure happy to update the review. I was offered £750 online, when I got there the lady said £350 because of the scratches. I logged scratches on the website and £40 came off the price which I was happy with, so for the price to then be reduced by more than half made me feel like I was just drawn into going to the venue and that I would just go 'oh well just take it' which of course I didn't. The website should be much more realistic and be transparent with how much would be reduced based on a few scratches. Equally there were no more scratches than is reasonable for a car of that age.
