Very disappointed customer experience!Cyclewise have a ‘customer is guilty until proven innocent’ attitude regarding a fault or possible manufacturing defect on one of their cycles.Offered me an unrealistic option of the customer posting the defective component to them, so it could be sent to the manufacture (shimano) for analysis!I bought a new replacement component for £18!Hard to believe I’d have such a terrible experience with a company that didn’t want to entertain a possible fault with one of their products and instead argue that I must have damaged the component for something that was such low value?Cyclewise.. good at supplying a cycle.. Bad if anything should go wrong!

Very helpful! Sold me a pile of top quality kit and spent some time making sure I got the right helmet. Sorted out our seized seat post issue in a minute with no fuss. Excellent LBS, would recommend

Used them twice now for mechanical problems. They were excellent. Sorted me out, on the last occasion , when I just brought the bike into the shop, took about an hour. Very welcoming and helpful. Thanks

My Cube electic motor failed whilst on holiday, under guarantee, just bad luck on my part and one of those things..I contacted Cyclewise who suggested I bring the bike in to them for checking.They investigated the issue, worked out a way forward and arranged for the guaranteed replacement motor to be delivered from Bosch , which they subsequently fitted.Nothing was too much trouble from any of the guys working in the shop, all of them were kind, helpful and simply brilliant.Especially John and Alistair who went out of their way to get everything fixed and ready before my return trip home, which wasn't an easy task.I couldn't recommend these guys enough.A really proffessional outfit.

Fantastic service today! Staff were amazing and quickly fixed my buckled wheel first thing this morning. This meant I was able to continue the Lakes and Dales cycle route today. Many thanks!

Customer service second to none brilliant experience couldnt fault it in any way. Also learned loads about my bike. Total value for money!

£85 for a standard service. Rip off. Didn't change tyres and couldn't adjust rear brake due to stuck bolt that when I got home and put some WD-40 on came off quite easy. £150 in all for a standard service and to change some cables. For a bike to be in a poor but safe condition" found them quite arrogant and not impressed with them. Don't seem botherd if you don't buy one of there bikes. Definitely won't go back or recommend them."

Purchased an orbea rallon from cyclewise and they have been absolutely fantastic, customer care at the highest standard, the frame had to be changed on warranty due to orbeas issues and cyclewise took on the task of chasing the warranty and replacing the frame. If that wasn't enough they even replaced the invisiframe as good will. Top class service! Would recommend
