Happily shopping here today until a store assistant rushes over to ask if we can leave for 10 minutes. We ask if there's a fire alarm, she informs us she needs to clean" the store. How much of an entire store can you clean in 10 minutes ! Coronavirus is real

Excelant customer service dept. After recently purchasing several items of clothing I realised a bottle of perfume that I had purchased was not in my bag when I got home. After phoning the store to explain and answering few details off my receipt, I was told there would be a replacement waiting for me on my next visit to the store. Well done

Arrived at store to collect my parcel to find the store closed. Open hours are not as stated on the website. Waste of time. Very disappointed.

Small branch with selected collection, the branch is understaffed and that makes shopping here is boring.There is free parking in the area.

You have lots of stuff to choose from. I had nice selection for my kids especially for my little daughter. Wears for Ladies, Men and Children of different sizes, variety and quality.A Homeware Section, Bags, Shoes & makeup were also available.You can pay with card, cash, Nextcard, etc.Good customer service.

My 2 year old son needed the toilet and a male member of staff told me there were no staff toilets in the store and that myself my 2 year old and my 10 month old would have to leave the store and go across the road to the Costa coffee shop to use the toilet. My 2 year then wet himself in the shop!!!! I'm disgusted!!!! It would of taken 1 minute to let me 2 year old use the staff toilets!!!! He is only recently toilet trained and this will knock his confidence!!!!! I won't be visiting this store again!!!!

I visited to collect my baby son's clothes so I went to the counter and asked the lady.She asked for my postcode but I accidentally said the wrong one from my other place.After this the staff became very rude and were being very stern with me,I showed them all my evidence I bought the products like my email and my online reciept but they were still questioning me.They even asked me the sizes and colours of everything and it was very unreasonable.My baby was irritated and people started staring at me.They were treating me as if I was a thief.Do not recommened.

I am sick to the bone of not being able to try clothes on when I've made the decision to travel to your store. Other retailers have opened their changing rooms. I was 100% supportive last year during the midst of the pandemic but frankly it's just lazyness now. 20 minute drive for a pair of jeans that I get home and they don't fit. I won't be buying from your stores anymore.
