Uzoma has carried out 2 home buyer surveys for me recently...His reports are incredibly thorough: The photos in his report really highlight where problems exist in areas that would normally be out of sight such as lofts, roofs and chimneys.I found Uzoma very professional to deal with: he is very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer my questions during a second viewing of a property.Uzoma's advice had a major bearing when I was deciding whether to proceed with a purchase or not. His advice saved me from incurring major expenses down the line.

I'm a first time buyer and Uzoma was recommended to me by my estate agent. Uzoma's report was so incredibly detailed and it highlighted so much information on the house that I wasn't aware of just from viewing or reading up online about what to look for when buying your first home. From his report I was able to book in additional survey's that were needed and it was clear what other work needed to be done on the house (ie, brickwork etc). I'd definitely use Jemade Palmer again!

Very pleased with the level 3 RICS reports received from Jemade Palmer. Each house survey is thorough, comprehensive and detailed including many helpful photos. We are a repeat customer and comes highly recommended.

Uzoma responded quickly carrying out the survey within a couple of days. He provided a good detailed report which seems to have covered all issues. He responded fully in writing to our initial queries and took a follow up phone call to close out a couple of clarifications which cleared everything. Very happy with the service.

I was attracted to Jemade Palmer due to the glowing 5-star review. The responses to queries were unexpectedly fast at the beginning. Given the glowing reviews and the speed of response, I was glad to give the green light to the company to proceed with the Level III survey plus electrical inspection. However, things went downhill from that point. First they fixed two appointments, for electrical inspection and level III survey but did not turn up for the first, and asked for a change of appointment time for the second one at the very last minute. I only knew about it when the reports were delayed and the company eventually came clean to me. I would have thought as a professional surveyor, they would have informed me timely of changes to appointment times and days. I also received complaints from the vendors of the property that they did not show up as per the agreed appointment.They asked for the payment to be made timely and I did, within 1 hour of receiving the invoice. However, I did not receive the reports as per the timeline stipulated in terms and conditions.He was fairly defensive with all excuses when these issues were raised.Furthermore, the response to technical queries of the survey was poor and delayed. Only after a second follow-up will the queries be addressed. The last query on potential boundary issues ( his website clearly shows his is an expert in this), which I raised before the survey was carried out, did not receive any feedback even after a chaser email.The survey report itself is of OK quality although I notice quite some standard descriptions" of specialist advice which is not really related to the property in question but rather on the general issues of properties found in the UK.All in all

We used Jemade Palmer for our house move. And had Uzoma who was brilliant. Knowledgeable, Quick and very professional. Even after completion no problems with getting in touch with them. Would use again in the future. And the first name to pass on if anyone needs a surveyor.
