I visited Citroen Silverlink in VIP Day looking to upgrade my 2020 Citroen. I was seen by Alan Dimmick. I explained what I like about my existing car, how I used it and what I would like to keep. Alan showed me a few options. He explained everything really well. He was very patient, answering my questions,making sure I was happy. I made my choice and I ended up with a great deal - lots of extras and it isn’t costing me any more than I’m already paying. I was updated when needed whilst waiting for delivery. I picked the car up this morning, again Alan was thorough and had even kept my car inside so it was nice and dry. From start to finish (and I’m sure beyond) I’ve been more than happy. Thank you so much - really happy with the car and the Citroen service.
