Last Christmas my mother in law give me a gift card for river island, i was very happy when i received it so i went to the coventry branch and get me a few things including a nice long sleeve red dress when i get home to try the dress on it had one of the security ink tag on it so i take the dress back for them to remove it and get no help whatsoever so i just leave the dress on the counter and promise my self not to ever shop at river island stores again, customer service sucks didn't ever try to help.

Very rude staff. Not pleasant at all . Been in 4 times since it opened and once I asked for a paper receipt instead of giving my email and got a very rude response and another time I got my pram stuck an a staff member looked at me like dirt and made me feel really uncomfortable

Has a great shopping experience for all public and super deals and clothing for ladies , men’s and kids wear and accessories. It stocks everything at good prices and value with much variety and quality products at great value!!

As far as shops go when being dragged around by your wife this one's pretty good. Seats to wait in are comfy and not placed awkwardly in the lingerie areas like many shops.The only thing that could make my experience a bit better is an adult ćreche. Get us some game stations so we don't have to sit in silence with the odd, Yes that looks nice

Shocking customer service !!As we headed for the till the sales assistant was walking away. We waited for 3 minutes whilst a queue was starting behind us. I went to find her tidying the sale rail. Her reaction was give me a minute" she did actually leave us and the the other customers another minute before we went over and told her she had lost a sale. She said "Alright". We went downstairs to pay. 3 staff behind the till ..1 serving and again kept waiting. Not 1 person acknowledged us. We left the store and our items. DISGRACEFUL. Will never visit that store again. Some retraining needed"

This store is always very tidy and lovely to watch even from the outside. It's a high end store compared to stores like new look, h&m, NEXT and such. Their products are of high quality and class. They've got both male and female sections in the store. When you walk in, there's the female section and if you go upstairs, you'll find the male section. They do sell, skirts, jeans, jackets, bags and much more, you'll have to discover it yourself. I highly recommend this place.

Bought a pair of cool boots from here and they did not disappoint!Location: Google Maps is slightly inaccurate, this shop is now located in the Lower Precinct Shopping Centre, close to Boots.

I do not like it. It is a big Rip Off the Children's Cloths are way to expensive for what they are. I only took my Adopted Granddaughter there as she wanted to look at dome Clothes there. But I would not buy anything.
