Hello Student Accommodation, Library Lofts

Very friendly staff here (they are always there for me when I need some help, and they are willing to go extra miles to help too), very convenient location (the definition of in the city centre")

My girlfriend has been staying here for the last few months. The management is atrocious and it is not safe for female students at all. One night she had two strange men knocking on her door. When reported to management, they informed her that there were no CCTV cameras in the hallways. They also regularly enter the apartments without permission of the tenants staying there to perform maintenance etc. Recently, my girlfriend received an email giving her only 3 days notice that builders would arrive to build a new bed frame in the room. As she was on holiday, she did not see the email, and the apartment management proceeded to allow the builders into the apartment without her permission. They then left the door unlocked when they were done, compromising her valuables that were still inside the apartment. This is absolutely disgusting treatment and I would not recommend anyone stay at these apartments or rent anything through Hello Student.

I have rent a share flat to my daughter but she changed to another university. In the earlier, we contacted the staff who promised to get me refund by phone. Then we waited for one month & chased for. However, he replied no refund couldn’t be made & said to assist me to find another tenant & let me to further wait. Finally, when I tried to chase up but no one responds. That delayed me to find another one to pick up the contract at the golden time. It makes me feel to be cheated. I am much frustrated & disappointed about this company.

Never staying here again. Rude staff, dirty facilities.
