Epic Caterers

Epic were fantastic the whole day. We were able to deliver the drinks we were providing for the drinks reception and wedding breakfast a couple of days before the wedding which helped with setting up on the day. From there they handled everything drink and food related: setting up tables, serving drinks and food, cutting up the cake, running the pizza oven and running the bar. Their staff were super friendly and helped create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was incredible, so many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had and the vegetarians and vegans were raving about their options too. Would highly recommend, Epic were epic!

My wife(!) and I hired Epic to cater for our wedding of 160 guests and they were phenomenal at every step of the process.The sales team were responsive and accommodating, and our options were very clearly laid out.Communication in the run up to the event was outstanding, Hannah was diligent and organised, and made sure there was nothing we hadn't thought about. Whenever we had any questions, she was fast to respond and very patient even as we added last minute dietary requirements. Sarah and I were planning our wedding from Canada, but the Epic team made it very easy for us.On the day the team was professional, thoughtful and timely, with great service throughout the wedding. They did a great job holding our wedding together and Sarah and I were able to feel totally relaxed and enjoy our day.THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE! Delicious canapes and a three course meal that was universally enjoyed. The Eton Mess desert should be chosen by everyone!Thank you team for playing such a crucial role in giving us the best day we could have asked for!

Honestly the best food I've ever had at a wedding - we're still receiving compliments from our guests! The team were so accommodating to all dietary requirements, ensuring everyone had a truly delicious meal in line with their tolerances and beliefs. There was a fantastic range of options for the canapes, wedding breakfast and evening meal. The team were also happy for us to make some amendments in line with our preferences leaving us with a menu we were thrilled with and felt bespoke to us.

We had Epic at our wedding at Barns & Yard last week and we would recommend them to anyone!Our original caterers let us down, and the team at Epic saved the day! They honoured our original menu, and after the tasting we had to add the fish & chip canape as it was so good!The wedding breakfast ran so smoothly, and everyone was talking about how tasty the food was. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding, we would definitely recommend!

Epic Caterers were brilliant from the start; great communication, quick response times to emails/questions and we felt in good hands the whole time.The food and organisation on the day was brilliant; we had so many comments saying the food was the best wedding food our guests have ever had!Charlie was brilliant and made sure the day ran smoothly, and we couldn't fault them. Very grateful for making our day so special!

Could not fault Epic Caterers who catered for our wedding two weeks ago. I was amazed at the quality of food produced from such a small kitchen!From planning our food, choices available and the TWO tasting sessions we were offered, the service was excellent. When we had a query, it was quickly responded to at all times.We were particularly grateful that they set up our tables to look beautiful. The soup boxes were fabulous and gave guests a good choice. Beef was melt in the mouth and we had so many compliments about the lemon posset - really worked on a summer's day.Thank you to Nick and Roxy and the other Clever Chef staff involved who contributed to our special day.

A huge thank you to Epic for the fantastic feast they served at our wedding. The food was phenomenal, and all throughout the meal we had guests looking to catch our eye with a thumbs up and a kiss of the fingers. The canapes were delicious, the American Feast unlike anything we've had at a wedding before, and the evening pizza the perfect food to keep everyone full throughout the night.The attentiveness to the guests' dietary requirements was also a small detail that did not go unnoticed, with individual vegetarian and GF canapes brought over to those guests mingling outside throughout the day, which was a lovely touch.A fabulous day from a fabulous team, and a massive thank you again to all.

Epic were the caterers at our wedding at Aldwick Estate and Carly and her team were absolutely fantastic. They are really flexible on what you can have and can tailor their offering to suit any type of wedding. For example, we had a Mediterranean-type buffet with people eating outside on the lawn for 'starters' before an activity and then a more traditional, sit-down 'mains.' All the food was absolutely delicious and our guests have raved about it ever since! The whole process ran very smoothly on the day and communication before was great. We cannot recommend Epic enough - thank you.

Epic Caterers catered our wedding in June and we couldn't have been more impressed!! From the beginning they were so helpful. We wanted our wedding to be less traditional, they let us have so much freedom with our wedding menu! And it was all so incredibly tasty- only downfall was my dress was super tight so I could not finish the whole plate.The drinks package was amazing, we opted to bring your own for the day and it was great as you paid per head not per bottle and you could bring anything you wanted.Our catering manager at Kings cote barn was fabulous. He set up our tables exactly how I imagined they would look like - and even set aside extra canapes for the groom and I. All the staff were wonderful, have nothing to complain about!Everything from start to finish was spectacular - would highly recommend Epic Caterers!!
