Paul and the team sorted out my bay window roof which was in disrepair and leaking in - it's a very old house - they re-tiled and did the lead work and guttering; and I am now the envy of my neighbours because it's excellent. High quality materials and great professional expertise, and not only that, they are self- sufficient and just get on with it, and also, arrive on time. They left everything tidy and neat. They checked and fixed up the main roof too; so finally to have a house that is dry inside is amazing. We have tried others but have always been led to believe that it's all the roof off or nothing. Cockermouth & Cumbria roofing services just sorted it neatly and rapidly. A separate thing happened, which was the gutter at the rear of the house started pouring water into the breakfast room via the window frame. This was an emergency and they responded promptly, making what was a real worry, no problem at all. A new run of guttering, downpipe etc, all fitted in a morning. Relief! So I can only say, this is the company to get for your roof. Excellent work and good communications. Could not do better. Thank you.

Hard working (worked none stop!), friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable on the work they're doing. Keen to ensure you get the best end result possible by making suggestions (we were recommended to opt for a black guttering as opposed to the white we initially wanted as the black one performs better and maintains a cleaner look for longer. And we were very glad we went along with the suggestion because it does look much better and you can see the size/shape difference is going to be much better). We had extra issues due to getting a new Boiler fitted at the same time and it was no problem at all for these guys to come back and reposition the flu to a better location to what it was. The finished roof is so pretty! I never thought I would say that about a roof. But it just looks so clean and tidy. And you can visibly see that attention has been put into it because it looks so neat and 'just so'. We've had neighbour's admiring it and I can't blame them. We now have a leak free, sturdy roof that looks like perfection. Thank you Paul, Jamie and the rest of you who worked on our roof and for making the process hassle free. I highly recommend you!

Highly recommend. Impressive and overall total quality service. We required an urgent inspection and repair to our small Grade II listed property, for which we received up to date advice and guidance for compliance purposes (limitations on materials etc). All our expectations were met in relation to the work commencing within the predicted timeframe and the final costs falling in line with the quote. We initially contacted 3 local firms but the final decision felt very obvious and easy. This recommendation is based on a) Direct approach, integrity and credibility b) Total transparency - photos at all stages of the work including initial assessment (eye ball, for quote estimate), removal of pre-existing materials to uncover damage and final repair upon completion. First class, will definitely use the firm again for other work.
