Person I spoke with was nice and polite but my overall experience wasn't actually good. Booked my car for a diagnostics to then collect my car, told it was control arm issues (these had just been replaced) once I told them this, they then said they hadn't even looked because it was so bad and clear, they then checked under the car to find no fault. Had to then rebook to be told it was in fact the control arms that they had first thought and was given advice on taking it back to the person who had changed them (they were more than happy to have another look). Turns out the control arms were spot on and no bushing wear. £100 for sweet naff all.Edit (upped to 5 stars)James had reached out and apologised via phone after voicing my displeasure, he's restored my faith in the team.

Nothing but praise for all the guys at MKraft. Took my troublesome X5 to them and it certainly tested their patience, to add to that while they had it out on a road test a lorry threw a stone or something up which hit my car and damaged it BUT James couldn’t of been anymore apologetic and promptly made sure it was repaired.Would highly recommend these guys to anyone that has a troublesome car like mine.

Fantastic Workmanship - My X5 Suspension had failed, multiple workshops could not work out the issue.M Kraft had this rectified with a new genuine pump and was returned to me the following day.AmazingThankyou
