The chips tasted dry and it had no flavour. The texture was also rock hard. Would not recommended. Warning for other people! Do not come here if you want a tasteless piece of potato...

Having eaten here dozens of times, all I can say is it is the best Chinese in Buckingham. Portions are large for the price, the food is wonderful and the staff are always friendly.

Had a special curry was going to share it but come in a small tub. Chips were rock hard and broke in to crumbs when trying to eat them. Over cooked. We also got some chilli salt ribs small ribs full of bone fat taste like dog meat. See my photos. I love Chinese food but this was disgusting. Would never use China cottage Buckingham again. My advice stay well clear

After hearing about the change of management. I decided to give a go, much better than i expected and has improved a lot! My favourite so far is peking ribs and chilli salt squid.

Ordered 2 mixed sweet and sour chicken and prawns order was delivered quickly but the batter was to thick and soggy not impressed and won't order from here again

Rip off. See pictures. £5 starter pp. Would you pay £10 for that as one dish?. Called to query and was told that's normal for Chinese restaurants round here.

The food at China Cottage is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the foods always with the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

Called in here on the way back to our hotel from Silverstone circuit , glad we did, food was excellent l!! Perfect portions , fresh and extremely tasty!! The gentleman that served us was welcoming and friendly . We visit Silverstone each year and now will definitely be returning here for food also!
