Naveed and Aziz are, I'm sure, the kindest, most respectful, most patient shop assistants in London. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Oh yes - and they know how to do their jobs properly and are so very well-informed. They kept their patience and beautiful manners when I had long given up on transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone. Such unbelievable patience and genuinely good manners - they need to train other people on the way to behave with customers! They are the BEST employees I've encountered in ANY shop I've been to in London (and I've been to thousands). I will recommend this shop and the service provided here to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Excellent!! ⭐

I would give more stars if able. Overall this is a very trustworthy shop and won't gouge you to make money.I had an issue with charging my iPhone (charging port seemed to not work) and this was diagnosed by another repair shop as needed a new charging port. Luckily, the other shop didn't have the specific charging port in stock.Went to VVIFIX and the repair gent plugged in my phone, noticed that some voltage was going to the phone (his charging cable displayed actual voltage throughput). He cleaned the port and it works again without an expensive repair, for no fee.

Cannot say thank you enough to the two wonderful people that helped me unlock my phone. We don't realise how much we rely on our phones until it is too late. They both calmed me and helped me with my phone and got it working again. Highly recommend this shop and the workers definitely deserve a pay rise for the high quality of work they do. One of the best places to repair phones in London and also I have to include Mahdi the cleverest and intelligence one and he was very friendly in his conversation.And it was rarely that the phone be repaired , but Mahdi and his partners makes the possible to let this phone be amazing.I recommend this shop!
