Book an installation with them. First try was 7 weeks ago. When they showed up to the property I found out they the ASN box was not up so they left. I had the chase them up only to find out I have to wait 10 more days so they can TRY and send someone to fix the box.Rubbish company. Stay away.

Not a single step of service from this company has been good. Had them rearrange installation twice and then when they did turn up, the group of guys stood around talking about how one of them had been arrested for domestic abuse and was going to get his ex girlfriend". Walked mud through my house and were vulgar and rude the entire time. Internet drops out nonstop. So much so I phoned the first day to complain about service and the workers. Said I would get a phone call back. Never bothered. Now trying to cancel with them as we are moving. Have phoned 4 times to arrange for things to be collected and arrange cancelling. Someone always promises to phone back and never does so we have to chase. Finally managed to arrange a collection

The installation team were polite and efficient. I needed some phone support, I got through in two rings, and a very helpful person who knew what they were talking about helped. The price was good and so far the broadband speeds have been great. So 5 stars.

In my experience, their engineers (if you can call them that), can’t even use a hammer, or a drill correctly. They attempted, without my consent, to fit a modem to my wall while using the incorrect wall plugs causing damage to my wall, and applying the UGLIEST most APPALLING cable management I have ever seen in my entire life… The Modem fell off the wall minutes after the workers left, there were cable tacs meandering from the access port to the said modem in near random, needless directions, and they had the incorrect cables running from the modem to the incorrect ports on the router. They also ripped my wall paper and declined to mention or apologise for this.The service itself, though hitting reasonable speeds (higher than speed I applied for once I corrected the mistakes with their cables and incorrect use of ports), is intermittent at best; I often work and research from home requiring a reliable internet connection, along with being an avid gamer online. I have been left without internet for DAYS at a time, usually it’s only hours… but It’s almost utterly random, I could be working in the middle of the day then *crash* red lights all over… I could be gaming with friends in the dead of night, then *crash* red lights everywhere. Their customer service can't always be reached, and when it is the only thing that will happen is they’ll say someone will call back with further details… they NEVER call back! You’ll lose hours chasing these guys and you will be the one paying for it. Literally.When my internet goes down now, I do not even bother trying to call, I either swap to mobile phone data, or leave my home to seek out public or friend’s wifi to continue my work/research. I’m actually planning on moving out now, and have been warned that Zzoomm’s early exit fees can reach half a grand! **UPDATE: They want £561.99!!** So this review may soon get an update, depending on the level of professionalism and understanding the company will have with me attempting to leave early.

Utterly dreadful organisation. Avoid at all costs.As far as I can tell, they seem to specialise in botched pavement digging and damaging hitherto happily-functioning drains. And are then not interested when contacted… but will happily keep you waiting for weeks while they decide that it’s not their fault.

Did what it says on the tin. Paul and Paul arrived well within time frame. Both pleasant guys, explained everything to do with system. I award 10/10, which is better than 5 out of 5 stars. Very neat job, inside and out. Can't fault.

I pray Jack the operator who I just spoke to on the phone gets to see This as I didn’t know where to write a review for him. But I just want to thank him for being so thorough and helpful on the phone. He sorted my issue straight away. Even though I thought it was an issue with my internet he connected to my router and instructed me to reset my phone which fixed the issue. God bless him. He’s saved my stresses today. My phone is my lifeline and as much as my internet has dipped in and out of connection over the last couple of months I truly appreciate zzoomm and will always support them and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Would give 0 stars if I could, worst internet provider Iv ever come across. Wi-Fi always turns off randomly for hours at a time, when I call up I get told a manager will call back, never get a call back. The receptionists are unbelievably ignorant when explaining an issue with their service. Are now withholding wifi as they haven’t received a payment which has been confirmed by my bank to of been already been received by them, sent countless emails with proof of payment that are going completely ignored. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Engineers Paul and Paul were great, fast installation, cant even tell they were here. Daniel over the phone was very helpful. Service is great. Would highly recommend.
