One of the worst customer services, I left my tv to be fixed I paid the £ 20 fee and I was informed that in two days I would get an answer about what the defect was, it took more than 2 weeks to inform me what it was the problem. In the end, the TV concert was more than half of buying a new one.worst customer service

Had problem with my aerial,no signal engineer arrived on time agreed and carried out work to rectify problem efficiently,very good workmanship.Very pleased with service from TV4U would highly recommend.

The guy Tony is old school i've bought a tv from him years ago I had the tv for ages but recently I took my son's tv to him for a repair what I like about Tony you leave the tv with him and he would call you and tell what's wrong with it and how much it's going to cost to fix so you have that choice and had it ready the next day for me very honest old school guy knowing your not going to be ripped off.

So far disappointed with the customer service . It's been a over a month the issue with my tv not resolved. After paying estimate fee, I am not happy to be the one to call and query then told still awaiting order. If there is a delay with the order communicate this issue sooner. Very unprofessional!

A had a TV aerial installation done recently by Tony and his team at TV4U. I'm very happy with the work, which was to fit a new aerial to feed several TV points in our bedrooms with difficult roof access. The installation was completed efficiently and at a good price. We are now getting 100% signal quality in all our rooms which is a massive improvement over the old system. We'll be using again.
