The staff are rude and unhygienic don't clean there hands and leave mess everywhere the office staff dont help much at all.they always say I will have a word but nothing changes at all my friend also have to leave signs all over her home telling them how to do there job personally from what I have seen many times I will not ever recommend this company at all unless you want to live like an animal.well I say that I think animals are more cleaner than these they need closing down

Greedy owners who don’t care about their staff whatsoever. Read the latest CQC Report from March 2020, which states that the management requires improvement. They do. Carers sent miles round the city doing 5 minute calls (should be an hour), when challenged they kick off, without an ounce of professionalism. Staff are inadequately trained. They blame everything as the problem including each other and even the client (or relatives). I have witnessed staff playing on their mobiles killing time. They will often sit outside the property, having a break, before entering (all during the appointment time). What they record on the system is inaccurate. They do have some genuine carers (hence the one star), who are honest and caring, but this is the minority.If you are unlucky enough to be dumped with this company through funding, then monitor, complain and ask to be moved. Keep your own notes, if you are able to.

I'm writing this review for my husband Paul this company is the best we have ever had the care my husband receives is amazing I can't thank the ladies enough there are some companies we have had and they were terrible but these are brilliant so kind to my Paul and me I'd honestly be lost without them thanks alpha

Much better people to work forOnly about the dosh

This company have looked after my father for last 12 months overall the carers do a good job they have a very friendly attitude to the patient and family and are like friends now .have had a few minor incidents over times but I accept sometimes things are out of their control and they have always appologised ,my dad will be going in a wheelchair soon and they have offered to alter times in order to assist him which I am very pleased about overall I'm satisfied with the care we have received

I would like to thank all the carers who looked after my husband. They gave great support and encouragement, and lifted his sprit whenever they came. I am grateful their hard work, dedication and empathy towards myself and my husband. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other family’s.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, AVOID PLEASE. WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO LEAVE LESS STARS. CAN'T BELIEVE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS STILL GOING. WHEN CQC ARE THERE, THEY PULL YOU IN TO ONE SIDE AND TELL YOU TO SAY EVERYTHING IS GREAT. WELL ITS NOT. GET THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN.

1star is 1 star too many. Office staff not at all caring. Wouldn't recommend anybody to work for them or put family members to be cared for by them. They are heartless. Rang me to pass condolences on after a loss of family members and then went on to sack me with a sick note in member
