Out of the 4 times I've used this service twice I've waited in excess of over an hour post dialysis session on what should be a regular run for all patients. The staff are okay however the organisation leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing efficient about their organising lifts for Bassatlaw dialysis patient. Worst case I had was finishing dialysis at 17-00 and wasnt collected and taken home until 19-45 pm! After being on a dialysis session for 4.5 hours patients don't want to be waiting another 3 hours just to get home! Nothing is streamlined. There are regular patients so just assign regular slots and coordinate them accordingly? This review is based on 1 years intermittent use of the service. Seeing elderly people waiting is demoralising. One complained she wouldnt be home for her carers to attend to her.? Seems to be in perpetual chaos.

Was picked up by this company, which was arranged by our local hospital for a journey from Keighley to Birmingham for a consultation . The crew were very friendly and efficient, took great care and showed a great deal of patience when dealing with a difficult situation. We had a thoroughly enjoyable journey both ways and nothing seemed too much trouble. The ambulance itself was very clean and well equipped. Just want to finish by thanking our driver Kyle and his companion Olivia for their care and friendliness. Even though they had a very long day ,having travelled from Bridlington in the first place, they maintained a very professional attitude and were totally attentive and also very friendly which made the whole day a lot less stressful. We have to go back again a couple of times in the next 2/3 weeks....would certainly ask for them again. Thank you guys, you were brilliant.

Staff uncaring, I was told I would be transported on a stretcher but they tried everything to get me into a seat as it meant less work, resulting in knee wound opening up. Even though in pain, just rammed me over bumps… would not recommend

Do not work for this company, you will be screwed over time and time again. If you leave within 18 months they deduct the cost of training you have received, you are not entitled to sick pay, vehicles are old and not always fit for purpose and PPE not adequate for certain aspects of the job. Be very wary of them.
