Excellent service from Tom who came to sweep our chimney today (which had not been done by the previous house owners for some time). Brilliant customer service, on time, completed the sweep and left the house cleaner than he found it. Good value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending to others. I'm going to book him in for next year now!

The first time we have had our chimneys swept without being left with a 'haze' in the room. Tom came with all the kit you would hope a sweep would use to protect the rooms. seal off the fireplace whilst using the rotary power sweeper and ensuring his own safety by using relevant mask.Very knowledgeable and able to give details about the state of the chimneys, checking our CO detectors were working and advising us on the pros and cons of the fitting of a multi fuel stove in the future. We will definitely be using his services again as all the above reassures you that this is someone who knows what they are doing.
