MTS were very professional throughout the whole process, from the initial telephone call, through to the local collection of my laptop and general service of the machine. I never realized how important it was to service your laptop regularly until Lloyd showed me the inside of my machine! It was just full of dust that was preventing the machine from working at its best. Even better the invoice was not a shock; compared to some local IT companies on the high street in Hinckley it was very reasonably and competitively priced.
