Bentley Leicester

Following my visit to Bentley Leicester to view a Bentley Flying Spur which was in the showroom. I would confirm that I was very impressed with the quality of service I was given by Kimberley Zarebski from the time of my arrival to the time I left the showroom. The service I received from Bentley Leicester was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the beginning through to the delivery the advice, support and assistance I received from Tim and Sean was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble.I had a fantastic handover from Roy and he made sure I was fully aware and comfortable with everything before he left.They are always at the other end of the phone should I need them and I cannot rate them enough!A true 5 stars from me.Thank you Bentley Leicester for a truly wonderful experience.

Wasn’t really sure what to expect when I arranged my appointment to view the car as I was expecting it to be over the top and very posh and for me that would of been awkward because that’s not me… however I spoke to a guy called Roy and arranged a visit I could not believe how amazing the whole experience was from start to finish this guy was brilliant no awkwardness or over the top snobby behaviour it was just all so normal like I’d walked into a Ford garage. It was perfect and Roy you were amazing the whole time… only slight disappointment was when I walked in to collect the car on the Saturday morning in my work gear and the reception staff ran over to me like I’d missed the tradesman’s entrance and when I said I was there to collect a car I just got a funny look. But once again Roy appeared and it was great. Thanks Roy you’ve been AMAZING.

Very positive experience during our visit to Bentley Leicester. In particular, Kimberley was an excellent host, showing us various Continental GTs. Large stock on site (parking can be a little challenging!). A worthwhile visit and recommended.

I had a very good experience the staff were really friendly and helpful. I got the opportunity to sit in one of the Continental GT Convertible which was comfortable and adaptable for me.

I've always driven past the showroom and thought I must have a look around. Finally popped into the showroom last week. The staff were very friendly. The cars were fantastic and in pristine condition. Bentley interiors are another level! All out of my price range but you never know ... maybe one day! I'd definitely recommend a visit!

For 17 years, I have been a very happy Bentley Leicester customer . Over that time, each part of the organisation and the people within it have been a delight to deal with. Maintaining such high standards over a long period is an achievement of which all concerned should be proud. They have been unfailingly helpful, professional, and above all fair. I struggle to think how they might improve the customer experience - even the coffee and biscuits are great..
