Amazing service all round! After having a lot of issues going through my insurance repair shop, I went through Audi Accident Repair who assigned me City Centre Car Care. Communication was fantastic and the driver who came to collect and drop off the car was fab! The car looks as good as new and I would 100% recommend City Centre Car Repair.

My car went to this garage for repair after an accident . The customer service , especially from Lisa and Steve was second to none and they both made such a stressful time so much more bearable .Communication was excellent and to receive such good customer service is really appreciated .The workmanship on the car was also fabulous .I felt like they listened to me and reassured and explained everything so well , Steve took time to make sure I was happy driving the courtesy car which was an automatic when I’m used to a manual . Lisa worked hard to make sure the car was delivered back to me before she went an annual leave and again this was genuinely appreciated.Great staff , great job done on the car and minimal stress for me . I simply cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them .

After having my car (A35 AMG) only 5 months from brand new I was involved in a car accident. I was recommended city car care as the garage to complete the work on my car and I can say whole heartedly this is one of the best garage recommendations I have had. Having been in previous incidents with my old A-Class (not my fault!) the work done by other garages was never up to standard leaving me more and more unhappy with the car. The work done by city care care however is second to none and left me collecting my car like I did that day in the showroom. The finish in the paintwork was impeccable with the colour matching throughout and no difference at all in all lighting conditions. The quality in the repair from front end damage was flawless. The care city car care had for my car was as if it was their own with their top priority wanting to get it right the first time despite my impatience. They gave me updates whenever I asked and where extremely helpful in all areas throughout the repair process doing their best to get my car to me as quick as possible. I would definitely recommend taking your car their whether it be a repair through insurance or in general as you won't be left disappointed at all.

Used City Centre Car Care to replace a broken door handle on our VW Golf. Having had no help whatsoever from our hopeless local VW dealer who charged 75 pounds just to look at it and then couldn't give us a quote without 'further diagnosis' we tried this place instead. From start to finish they were professional and efficient and were able to work out what was required from photos and the some basic details about the vehicle. The estimate cost us nothing. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and even came in under the estimate. We even got the car cleaned and valeted before getting it back. This is the type of service seldom seen these days. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I was unlucky to be hit by another car in a collision that wasn't my fault. What was lucky was that a friend suggested getting a quote from City Centre Car Care. I asked about cost and hire cars in my initial email. Soon after, they responded and offered to refer me to the claims coordinator they use and did so same day.The following week, I dropped my car off to CCCC and collected the hire car. I was upset that my car was damaged because I'd taken good care of it, so it was especially appreciated to be greeted so warmly. I asked them to take good care of my baby, and a few minutes later as I was familiarising myself with the hire car, one of the guys was out checking the damage and photographing it, saying I hear this is your baby!". We looked through it together and he explained what would likely be needed. He also noticed another scuff that must have been from someone in a car park. I felt really confident that my car would be looked after.The claims company updated me with texts

Repair looks to be to a very good standard and as far as I can tell the colour match is very good. Car was handed back fully valleted and as good as new. Lisa was very helpful and kept me regularly updated. Would recommend.

City Centre Car Care were brilliant from the initial contact, collection, repair and returning my Jaguar to my home after my car was hit while stationary by another driver. The front of my car was damaged which required new panels, grill and bonnet repairs and paint spray. I also asked for additional paint chip repairs which I paid for separately. They dealt with the other drivers insurance company directly.When I received my car back the repairs were fantastic as was the repairs to my paint chips. I could not see where the repairs had been done as my car looked like new. They even cleaned both the inside and outside of my car.I would highly recommend City Centre Car Care in Solihull to anybody and I would certainly use them again if the need arises.Thank you to everyone involved, a brilliant service from start to finish.
