This is the third hair salon I’m in England and let me tell ya, this was the best experience of all. Thank you so much ladies you did a beautiful work in my hair, I’m extremely satisfied and I highly recommend this place. My experience before in other hair salon was bad because they don’t knew how to handle my big, thick Latin hair and this ladies did a great job and incredibly well managed my blow out- amazing results. Thank you!!

I went in for a cut colour and blow dry, firstly a patch test as not carried out, which should be by law if your a first time customer) secondly Orla did not detangled my roots or wash the colour out, which left me with a burning itching scalp and later that evening an ambulance was called to my home address to assist me for an allergic reaction. Thirdly Sara is not qualified in hairdressing but instead Jessica is training her how to blow dry. Fourly, whilst dye was in my hair over developing Orla was poping out for cigarette and having a laugh with passers by, dispite me telling her to keep on checking my hair because I didnt want it blonde! And I got yellow diarrhoea blonde results. Avoid thses ppl

I came to this salon for the first time last week and I cannot recommend it enough! My hair was in really bad condition and I was nervous about getting it done. The staff were amazing, so friendly and reassuring. They talked me through all my options and explained what they were doing each step. Cannot thank them enough I left the salon feeling like a new person. I have already recommended them to a few people as everyone was complimenting my hair.

I’ve been there many times to do my hair whether that was to get my hair coloured, cut or a wash and blow dry and each time it has been great and I’ve been very happy with the outcome. Staff there are extremely friendly and the salon is very decently priced, not to mention the lovely decor! Definitely recommend anyone to go there.

I had the best experience . I had been wanting to highlight my hair for sometime but hadn't built up the courage and had only one picture to give them an idea of what I liked. One of the head Stylists Ola gave me a great consultancy she talked me through everything she was going to do and we agreed on the colours together, I felt completely reassured. My hair turned out brilliant I love it!I will definitely be going back to get my hair done regularlyto get that kind of excellent customer attention and care!

My experience here was fantastic!Really warm welcome by the staff ,the girl who washed my hair was lovely .I have to say that Orla was brilliant , super professional and super fast !She knows really good how to cut long hair , i haven't been to an hairdresser long time because of the fear of someone would mess up my haircut ( as already happened few times) , but now i can say that i found the right place !This place and girls deserve 5stars +Really well done and see you soon :)

eyebrows threaded and tinted and eyelashes tinted. Poor customer service, no conversation; no one welcomed me and no one asked me what colour I would like my brows and lashes. Neither lasted very long and were not dark. I usually get about a month from tinting my browns and 3 weeks for my eyelashes. I got about a day with my lashes and about 4 with my brown. My brows didnt even look even at the end. Won't be back.

I have been a loyal and regular customer of venue hair studio for many years. I have always been extremely happy with the previous owners Bee and Belgin and their staff member Jessica. I was always treated with the up most respect and courtesy and built a good friendship with them all. I’ve never been unhappy with them or their service.Venue hair studio has recently been taken over by new management. The new owner Sara IS NOT a qualified hairdresser and her stylist Ola claims she has 15 years of experience. I thought I’d give them a chance and I went in 2 weeks ago for a colour. I took my clip in extensions with me to show them exactly the colour I wanted. The colour of my extensions are auburn/ copper. My own hair colour matches the extensions perfectly, but due to the summer sun it got a little to light. I asked for some low lights to tone it down. Sara and Ola, both suggested a full head dark hair colour and to start with highlights again. I disagreed as I didn’t want to put bleach in my hair as it is in poor condition/badly damaged. I went ahead assuming they understood and agreed. My end result was the complete opposite to what I asked for. I came out with very dark brown/ black hair all over. It’s absolutely disgusting, I hate it. The very next day I returned to express my disappointment. Sara agreed that they had made a mistake and took my telephone number promising to contact me to rectify their mistake.It’s been 2 weeks now and not one phone call. I am appalled by Sara and her attitude towards the whole situation. Clearly there is no customer care. They are rude and ignorant and I fail to see this salon succeeding if they continue to do business in this manner. They talk continuously in their language between one another which is unprofessional. I am very upset and disappointed and refuse to step foot in that salon again. My daughters and I would go for our hair at least 2-3 times a week for a blow dry and clip in extensions. Spending a minimum of £20-£30 each. It’s obvious that Sara has no regard to our custom. It’s apparent we are not worth keeping happy or looked after.I sincerely hope that no other person is mistreated the way I have been. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, not even my worst enemy. COME BACK BELGIN AND JESS - REAL professionals

I got a complete colour and style transformation. The results were amazing, so amazing that many people noticed and made compliments on how good my new hair looked. She is a very good colourist, if you want to go blonde or have balayage she will get the perfect shade for you. Forget the rest, VENUE HAIR & BEAUTY is the best

If you want Great hair this is the place to go.Ive always gone to a Kensington salon where I work. I’m so happy to have discovered VENUE HAIR AND BEAUTY on my doorstep (at the fraction of the price I was paying in Town). They are friendly and professional. From the thorough consultation to the attention to detail and time she took with me to make sure I was happy. Thank you Sara. I love my new products I was recommended... Worth every penny!
