I Have been coming here for over 10 years and I am very pleased with the overall service Nothing is too much trouble. If I have had any problems then I haven't had to wait for an appointment to have it sorted. I must mention in particular Dominique the manager Gemma and Tracey

I don’t know where to start (maybe the initial consultation where I’d driven 2hrs only to be dismissed after 10 minutes none the wiser about the procedure) turned up on the day a bit apprehensive about having the intralace system - only to be talked out of it & told stick in extensions would do the trick (ok I thought at this point they know what they’re doing) OMG I’m now left with a thick clump of mismatched colour that abruptly stops where my own hair is at the side - I tried to explain that my hair is too thin on top to cover the tapes - so they put more higher up!! Awful awful - I’ve now got the added expense of having to go elsewhere to have it put right (this is after having to pay out for hotel & train fares - although that is out of there hands)

I came after many years of trying different options, believing my hair would grow. Staff have been very supportive and kind during the whole process since day one. Denzel was very creative in choosing the best option for my circumstances to save my hair. He cares about everyone that goes through the process even if you're not his client I've seen him do anything he can to help. He's also brilliant at what he does and he will find creative ways to ensure your hair is to the best it can be according to the situation. I can't thank the team enough for their love and support. Denzel, Tom, Vanessa, Tracey....basically everyone.

I love my new hair its a bit of getting used to as its tight,but it needs to hold on in place dont want it going anywhere lol. The manager was lovely am sorry I for got your name u saw me first and cut my hair and styled it. And denzel did great with his technique putting it all together nicely. With some help of Nicole but I said she looks like a Emma.❤❤

I’ve been coming to the Manchester salon for some 5 years now, having previously gone to the London salon.I’ve had the full intralace system to help me with my trichotillomania and am now on the medi connections.The team are always so warm and welcoming. No matter how nervous you enter or low mood you feel, the team put a smile on your face. There are screens available if you feel self conscious but everyone is so kind they’re rarely needed. My trichotillomania is now minimal and the medi connections are part of my health care continued plan of action!

The team here are all amazing, they are so friendly and professional and always listen to any concerns you are having about your system and make sure you are happy before you leave. Tom, Domonique and the wonderful Denzel have always made me leave the salon feeling fabulous , the whole staff are a credit to Lucinda Ellery.

I have been a client of Lucinda Ellery Manchester for many years. The team are all wonderful from the moment I walk in the door to when I leave and have a cheeky sweet, they make me feel relaxed and welcome, they make me laugh when I am sat having my hair styled and nothing is to much trouble. The atmosphere and decor is fabulous and it is in a perfect part of Manchester to access. I look forward to going every time and it is my chance to have a nice unwind from my busy life, cappuccino and catch up with what I would call now my friends at the Manchester Salon. They are like my 2nd family Nothing is too much trouble for Tom,Dominique and the gang and I always appreciate their advice on styles, length and colour . I have been visiting the Lucinda Ellery Salon in Manchester since it opened approx 7 years ago . Before then I would travel down to the London Studio. I have fine thinning hair which caused me much anxiety for many years . Then I discovered the Lucinda Ellery Consultancy . I'm delighted with the results and I love my full , shiny head of hair , which is completely natural looking . I have so much more confidence and love my visits to the Manchester Studio every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain my hair , the staff are lovely and very professional.

I have been having my hair done by the Manchester team for 12 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I am always made to feel at ease and look forward to my visits. I’m always happy with my hair but this time when I was having problems I rang up on the Thursday, was given an appointment the day after and everything was sorted straight away, nothing is too much trouble, staff even stayed late to make sure I was happy.Thank you, you’re the best xx
