Do not use Smyth Patterson for your wedding list. They promise you with a great service and fail to deliver.They failed to followup with us after sending the list to thewrong email address and we had to call them.They are happy to send you products with ripped boxes, covered in dust and with prices on them.They are happy to send the presents as in the pictures below. The two with bows are only because I complained.Their service is awful and unprofessional and I highly recommend going somewhere else. May will at the bare minimum correct the mistake but offers no reason as to why Smyth Patterson would be somewhere that you should shop.Just stay away.*Update*Called and spoke to May. She apologised for how the items went out and had the BBQ and steam mop redeliver with bows on which is what she had originally promised when we first met with her for the wedding.The pictures with bows are how they were delivered after complaining.*Update*We had our items delivered from Smyth Patterson last Friday and they were able to get them out to us in a quick fashion which was very good. Unfortunately when they arrived they were all poorly wrapped. I have put up pictures to show what I mean. Big items just had a sheet round them and were stuck to the box so the boxes of the products ripped when they were being taken off. Other items were ripped before we got to them.These were bought by our friends and family and I am sure they would be disappointed to know their presents weren't being well looked after by the staff. I know I would be.

Love this shop. Stock everything you could need. Fantastic range of products well priced. Staff are really friendly and helpful.Customer service is fantastic. I recently had a faulty product and they changed it without any hassle. The girls couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Been shopping here for years and cant fault it. Thankyou all.

I think it's important to support local shops.Much better than walking round your standard tesco, currys etc.I have been going to this shop since childhood and I am in my 40s now.Some really good bargains, bought a airfryer £10 cheaper than a certain online retailer.Go in and have a walk about I'm sure you will see something that catches your eye.Staff are always helpful and approachable, even a little café up the stairs.
