Charlotte is amazing - makes you feel very comfortable, listens to your needs and puts a lot of thought and care into your treatments. I explained I wanted to address my under eye hollows and slightly sunken skin in my cheeks and she advised me on the best course of treatment and paid real attention to detail, checking her work thoroughly and going back to touch up if she thought necessary. So happy I found her!

I didn't know what to expect from getting the tear trough filler as I've never had any other filler before, but Charlotte was so knowledgeable in what the appointment would involve, and how it would feel. She spoke through everything that would happen and reassured me throughout the whole appointment. I had no bruising and the swelling went down within a few days.I was super self conscious of my under eyes and wore makeup every day because of it.
