Great place, called in on a trip to Manchester. We chose well, lovely staff, nice food, great all round experience. Just wish it was local to me, would defo make regular visits

Took well over 1 hour understand everything is completely different and the staff was nice my son dropped his drink they said they couldn't clean it up but when I looked down there was loads off people's finger nail cuttings on the carpet ...chips was so hard but rest off meal was nice, kids meals was fine! on the plus side you have to do track and trace and wear a mask so that's good just think they need to focus on the cleaning.

As pubs go, it's alright. It's a JW Lees pub so that's what the beer is, which is OK. No guest beer when I went. Serves food. Portions looked decent, but didn't have any. A lively pub with entertainment and outdoor seating when it's sunny. There's a dedicated function room which is normally closed (which is a bit odd, because it's like a third of the pub is always closed). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a great night watching Forever Jackson. Friendly pub, nice people, decent prices.Loved the sculpture at the front of the building.

Friendly staff. A little dark but pleasant decor.Resonable priced meals. Cheese and onion pie homemade and one of the best. Fish was good too and decent size. Chips could have been better. Outside area with picnic tables and parking free for 3 hours. 2 meals and drinks £24. Had a quiz on free to play with prizes. Would visit again.
