Hereward Carpets

Ordered a new carpet for the hall,stairs and landing.Fitters arrived this morning at 8.00am,very friendly and immediately got started.Very happy with the finished job. Great service,staff in shop very helpful.Would highly recommend Hereward Carpets.

Firstly there is a good choice of stock and turnround times are very quick, the product we chose was booked for delivery and fitting two weeks from ordering. Due to a cancellation we were able to have the fitting done within seven days but unfortunately there was a damaged area which wasn't noticed until it was laid. We immediately telephoned Hereward Carpets who quickly contacted the manufacturer and ascertained the whole roll was faulty. We were kept notified throughout the process and ended up choosing an alternative flooring. The damaged flooring was removed and a new one fitted at no cost to us on what was our original scheduled fitting day, therefore we would highly recommend Hereward for their excellent service and say a big thank you to Michaela for her diligence.

The service from Hereward Carpets was excellent. On arrival at the shop we had a friendly greeting and staff were most helpful. We considered a number of different options to replace our current dining room carpet. They provided quotes for carpets we were considering and nothing was to much trouble. We took samples home and a couple of days later visit again to finalise. We agreed a fitting date and the carpet fitter arrived punctually on the day. He was very thorough and spent a long time fitting the new carpet. He was excellent..

Hereward Carpets was recommended to me by a neighbour. From first entering the store I was treated with extreme kindness, given excellent advice, nothing was too much trouble. There was little time to wait from ordering the carpet to the fitting and the fitters were polite, respectful and efficient. The quality of the carpet is superb, the service is wonderful. Since moving into our house almost 2 years ago we have had Hereward Carpets fit three rooms….so far.The team are so helpful from start to finish, giving great advice in the shop to flexibility on measuring and fitting and competitively priced.The fitters are also great, friendly and speedy, well worth the service.I can’t wait for our next room to be done!!

Really pleased with all aspects of having our stair & hall carpet purchased and fitted. Excellent service all round, from choosing a suitable carpet and measuring up to fitting. It's lovely to deal with a local family firm that cares about its customers. Great choice of carpets, helpful advice and information about the quote, short delivery time and efficient fitters who cleared up, vacuumed & left everything tidy.
