Ordered a roof rack for my car. They send me a universal kit with no fitting instructions. The package doesn't even have a specific car make or model on it.Lo and behold, it doesn't fit! Completely useless and just bent out of shape when trying to fit it.I contacted them but they want to charge me £10 to return it!!!You should not be selling these as compatible with any specific car because they are not. They are actually quite dangerous. If I hadn't noticed it coming undone there could have been an extremely nasty incident.I would not recommend.
