I couldn't recommend Gary highly enough. He was recommended to me by friends who were highly complimentary about Gary, and they were bang on. The plumbing in our house was a disaster area so we knew it was going to be a big job, but we'd had varying advice as to the best solution. Gary took the time to take us through what the problems were and options for putting it right, and managed to describe them in simple ways we could understand. His quote was competitive and he did a first class job- quickly, cleanly and without fuss. And he's a very nice chap to boot. I'd have given him a 6 star review if he wasn't a Pompey supporter :-)

We have used Gary for our boiler service for a few years now, he has also just recently installed a new boiler and new thermostat for us, excellent service, very reliable, he did the job within the time frame he told us, very clean and tidy and did a great job. We first encountered Gary some five years ago when he came to carry out the Gas Safe inspections on the boiler in the house we rented when we first came to the area. His efficiency and obvious competence led us to make sure we took his contact details ready for when we moved into our own house. When that happened, we discovered that he had done work for our house’s previous owners. For us, he serviced our old boiler until we replaced it. He has also replaced four radiators for us.When our old boiler developed a major fault, Gary took us through the options, and costs, of repair, replacing with a basic boiler and replacing with a better boiler with state-of-the-art controls, giving us clear objective advice with which to make up our own minds. Decisions made, Gary moved swiftly to obtain all the parts and worked hard over two days to fit and commission the new ATAG boiler with which we are very pleased.We have no hesitation at all in recommending his services highly.

We recently had Gary install a new heating system for us at our new property (which previously had no central heating system) and we can't rate him highly enough.He was able to advise us of the best place to position the new parts of the heating system and talk about the most economical recommendations for boiler options and radiators.Following the installation, we can most highly recommend Gary and his work. His original quotation came through swiftly, he was punctual and hard working.Despite being obviously busy because of his great reputation, he's made time for us and our work and all of the work he has carried out has been very neat.We're very happy with the recommendation he made of an ATAG boiler. So far it's working out to be more economical than the previous boiler that we had at our old property.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary if you need any plumbing work.

Gary replaced a shower and fitted a water softener for us recently.I have no hesitation in recommending him as he was fastidious and professional in his work and is always quick to respond to questions with courtesy.

We've been using Gary for a few years servicing and maintaining the boiler in our old house and have always been impressed by his service and attention to detail so when we recently moved into our new house and the boiler had an issue (on day one) he was our first phone call. Gary came and investigated the issue (which turned out to be many many issues) which he clearly explained and showed us and talked through the various options - we decided the best course of action based on Gary's advice was to go for a new ATAG boiler and controller which he managed to install within 2 weeks and has gone above and beyond with getting set up properly and working, working late on a Friday night to complete the install and answering texts over the weekend from me about settings. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending Gary, excellent service, quality workmanship and basically an honest guy.
