Luke made the whole experience of remortgaging really easy. From the beginning he was informative and knowledgable and was committed to finding the best deal available to me in my circumstances. Luke has been an immense help throughout the entire process from start to finish and beyond. My partner and I have just bought our first house, and from the outset the support has been first class. Luke helped us through the purchase of our first home and was really excellent. He was extremely helpful and was always available for a call to run through anything! He helped us lock in a low interest rate for 5 years, predicted the crazy rise before it happened, couldn't recommend him enough!

There's not many companies who receive 5 stars from every review, now that I have got my mortgage through Surrey and City Mortgages I can understand why this is the case. Luke is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful, the process went through quickly and smoothly. He even checks his emails whilst on holiday! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage and would give 10 stars if possible.

Would highly recommend Surrey & City Mortgages. Luke was excellent throughout both the mortgage application and help to buy processes. He quickly found the most suitable mortgage product, explained the processes clearly, provided useful guidance for all decisions I had to make and was always available and responsive. I also had a couple of unexpected problems come up and Luke acted quickly to resolve these for me by contacting help to buy or solicitors directly. Will definitely use Luke again for my next mortgage

Luke was excellent throughout our house purchase and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.We had a few issues where vendors had dropped out of the sale and we had to begin our search again and reapply for a mortgage. Luke was there every step of the way giving us advice and in the end helped us apply for 3 mortgages, all of which were approved.The advice was excellent every time and made the process far less painful. If you want someone who’s willing to get stuck in and help you with your purchase Luke is your man
