First class service, ordered yesterday came today. Definitely will use again

I contact them to inquire and spoke to Warren about repair of my trimmer then all the sudden he stop correspond back after i explain about issue with trimmer, I even chase them up few times for a response but didn't hear nothing back from him and for whatever reason even if they can't repair it then they could just say instead of ignoring me and not replying back...very bad customer service.

Top class business, Warren always goes above and beyond to help with anything you need.
