I just been suprised with my renewal policie been declined after been with them 7or8 years reason they said i have a court bla bla .this is not true when i m asking for the date and whats exactly the matter..anyway i believe everything got an end.Ps:within this 8 years i never made a single claim.

Sabre Insurance messed up big time. We got our policy going on November 29th, but our car got impounded because they didn't update our info on the database. It’s still showing up as uninsured. Is this company even legit? We've tried calling and emailing them a bunch, but it's like talking to a wall – no response. Now, our impound fees are piling up, and it's really frustrating. This whole situation is a major letdown. If anyone knows how to actually get through to them, we could use some help ASAP.

If anyone knows how to get in contact with this company let me know. Phone number has been down for weeks. No email response. Tried the claims number and pressed option 6 for 'anything else' and the phone goes completely silent!Avoid this company.

I would never go near this company again. I didn't know till yesterday they still existed. 3 grand they paid me for someone writing off my car that cost me 17 grand. They said seats were ripped. Scratches everywhere. Things broken. Anything like that was done in a compound they stored it in. They gave me a hire car and took it back a month later leaving me without transport till they paid me 3 months after the accident. Disgusting.

Didnt pay out after my mom after she had an accident. They even took the van so she couldn't scrap it herself. AVOID this company at all costs.

Harassment as they keep demanding paperwork to show proof of lease. I have sent them papers signed from my Lease company stating the car I have is on lease. Another week has gone by and again they want proof of monthly instalments. I have a Tesla, and always used Admiral/AXA. Never ever they asked me for such papers. I will cancel and go back to the Admiral group. Stick to reputable companies!!

Literally no customer service. Was on hold for hours and hours and no one answered my call. This went on for 6 days. Finally they responded to my email, but not before threatening to cancel my insurance

Avoid this lot. They will do anything to give low ball valuations. They had my vehicle inspected at the roadside while locked. Not a proper inspection! Still wont give me what I need to buy a replacement vehicle. They are purely motivated about minimising their cost and dont care about the customer. I thought I was insured through Royal Bank of Scotland. ( So I thought, a reputable company) instead they have farmed me out to this lot, I now need to make a complaint through the insurance ombudsman for both companies!

Disappointing, ripped off! Policy paid up front, can't add temporary driver for my daughters driving test, waited days for customer services to return my call query, still waiting! Cancelled the policy 5 months in and charged 70 percent plus administration charge, refunded £60! From £450! Absolute shower! Insurance is based around Trust but not in this case! Do not use!

After my Motorcycle insurance broker went into administration I rung Sabre who were underwriting my motorcycle. After a lot of toing and froing, Nicole Harcombe sorted the issue out. Thanks to her I was safe to do a mid adjustment for cover.
