Went to this shop today and sold some old gold was served by j p the manager it was quick and easy and I got a really good price I would recommend this shop to anyone selling your old gold would like to thank j p the manager and the staff for being so helpful

The prices are good a reasonable and the staffare nice I would recommend to anybody that is looking to buy any phones tablets consoles or any electronics.

Very mixed experiences here. Most of the staff here are fine, but there's an older gentleman that works there that would sell his own mother into slavery for a pint. He'll lie to your face endlessly about the value of your items, will blab on endlessly about his opinions on anything instead of just serving you.I avoid this place as much as I can, and won't bother selling to this business if that member of staff is in store.Check out Money Angel on Eastgate instead, he doesn't buy as much stuff as Cash Converters does, but anything he does buy he will almost always go out of his way to give you the fairest possible price

The staff is lovely, but it wouldn't hurt to be more honest about the condition of the stuff

It is a very small branch, but the principles are still the same. Pay as little as possible for stock and sell at a massive mark-up. That's business of course, but surely customers realise they can save a fortune on the prices here by shopping on eBay and having items delivered to their door?

Friendly staff & and can be a good place to get 2nd hand games /electronics etc...as long as you remember that charging over the odds - on some occasions they're actually MORE expensive than *brand new* - is part of their business model. Buyer beware etc.

They are pretty cunning and will give you some smooth talk before trying it on.If any cash passes over the counter here, on anything other than very low value items, I guarantee that they've had you, good and proper.They have two main types of customers, the stupid and desperate. There are clearly enough around to stay in business.
