Pets at Home Arnold

My recent visit to Pets at Home Arnold left me with mixed feelings. While the store undoubtedly offers a wide range of pet-related products and services, I was somewhat disappointed by the limited selection of actual pets and aquarium supplies available during my visit.Upon entering the store, I had hoped to browse a diverse selection of pets, but I found that the options were quite limited. This was especially true for aquarium fish, and fish tanks, where I expected to find a variety of sizes and designs. Unfortunately, the aquarium section lacked the diversity I was looking for, and I left feeling underwhelmed.Another are of concern was the availability of pet medication and supplements. It was disheartening to discover many essential pet medications were sold out. This can be a critical issue for pet owners who rely on these supplies to keep their furry companions healthy and happy.On a positive note, the store did offer a vast array offer pet-related products, from high-quality pet food to toys and accessories The staff was also friendly and eager to assist customers.In conclusion, Pets at Home is a one stop shop for pet owners, but improvements are needed in terms of pet variety and ensuring essential items like meds and supplements are consistently in stock.Despite these shortcomings, the store still has a lot to offer for those looking to pamper their pets with premium products.

I come here because it is so nice and friendly, the prices are competitive, lots of advice re the care of pets they sell, dogs are allowed in and always a treat at the till!

Great service from 2 young ladies about some fibre for my dog. Though my order has still not turned up a week later

I visited the Arnold store 4/5/2023 and I ask a very approachable and knowledgeable young man called Andrew for some help. He helped me and made me feel special and not stupid he offered up items and explained each one in terms I could understand. Thanks to Andrew I left the store knowing that my dog Lilly would be looked after and happy.

Wonderful and helpful staff, helped with finding a harness for my cat and weighed him for me.

Every time you buy a online special deal it is instantly removed from sale even if uou think you have bought the item.People in shop don't deal with online shopping so cannot blame them!

We visited on 24/06/23 and wanted to buy some Guinea Pigs, Hayley was amazing, you can tell that she has a passion for animals and what she does, she gave us lots of useful advice, definitely a credit to the store and the company as a whole! Elliott (I think was his name but not fully sure) helped us carry the hutch to my car and was really friendly, will definitely be my go to branch from now on!

Staff are very friendly and helpful with all your needs. Car parking is an issue but only because of where the store is located.

I get all my animal supplies from here aswell as both of my guineas all the staff are so friendly and helpful and you can tell they all have a strong passion for animal care
