Fantastic job they do. You take old doors, panelling, skirtings and architraves some would put in the skip. You get back beautiful antique pine clean materials. Just leave to dry for a few weeks then sand, varnish and refit. Adds such character to your property. Now my 3rd time renovating with help from Dip n Strip

Very impressed with the quality and service from Nick. Would definitely recommend Dip n strip to anyone. We were going to repaint the doors, but might just treat them and leave them like this now.

Update: after about 9 months, I noticed a bit of trim (beading?) was missing from one door I had stripped. I called Dip N Strip, and - remarkably - they had it.Fantastic service. Would have been a nightmare to try to get a matching bit of beading made.Great stuff.

Five stars is simply not enough for this company. The passion for restoration and good traditional craftsmanship shines through in every interaction with Nick and his knowledge. We’ve now had all the doors and shutters of our house put through the process and been equally amazed by the results every time. Where it’s revealed burn marks from previous attempts to remove paint or proven too large for the tank, Nick was able to provide expert advise and guidance to progress and for all the others we simply hung them back and admired the results!The same day service is such a treat and it really does feel like there are magic house elves at work when a door is picked up at the crack of dawn and returned looking transformed at midday.

Really pleased with the workmanship and service from Dip 'N' Strip. On Nick's advice we did a test door first and were so pleased with the results, we got the remaining doors booked in. Same day pick up and drop off and great communication throughout so wouldn't hesitate to recommend. So good to see the beautiful natural wood revealed from under layers of white floss paint!

We are incredibly happy with our old-new doors! Amazing communication, Nick picked-up our doors and brought them back the same day and they look gorgeous. Not even sure how many layers of paint he had to remove. Even the little glass windows that we initially wanted to replace are now looking great with the original wood. Nick is a perfectionist through and through and you can see that he takes care of your belongings. Couldn’t recommend him more! Thank you so much!

Excellent results from Dip n' strip transforming our tattered doors with layers and layers of various colours of paint back to their original glory. Very quick and flexible service accommodating a very early drop off on Monday morning with them ready and waiting for pickup Thursday morning. All other companies I spoke to required 10 days minimum.Nick is a great character who we will be sending more shutters to as we free them up from their current permanently open positions so they can be used once again. I would send more doors, but they're all done now :)

We’ve just moved into a new property and the doors were in very bad shape with the amount of paint that had built up over the years. Contacted the team at Dip & Strip and they were extremely responsive and recommended that we try a test door which they arranged for pick up next day!We had aimed to paint the doors again after stripping them, however since receiving the test door back we have decided to leave them as is due to the high quality finish. The door was returned on the same day too (only 4 hours later).Booked in the remain doors to be dipped immediately. Could not recommend enough!
