Booked my work van in for a few tyres and not only was the service very competitively priced they also informed me my MOT had expired and did that at the same time with no hassle. Top marks for customer service, efficiency and price.

What a rude personnel at Singlewell Service Centre. Chastising customer for a 45mins late without giving the customer the chance to elucidate further on the reasons behind the lateness. Despite that I informed the personnel that it was an emergence he felt he would have the last word. Where lies his ethical customer service. I would not recommend this garage to anyone nor does he deserve a star

Being a regular customer of Singlewell Service Centre for MOTs, Tyre Services and a couple of repair for my Audi RS5, I can confidently and happily recommend them. Sukh and his team have been very professional and polite through all of my dealings with them. On couple of occasions they display their customer centric approach by not charging me for some repair related checks although they had to free up a ramp and keep it engaged for about 30 mins. The workshop floor is always clear and well organised no matter how busy it gets. There is plenty of parking space within their premises. They also do arrange for genuine OEM parts and are able to recommend trades for body work related repairs. They have always answered my calls to their numbers and on multiple occasions have also been able to accommodate me in urgent scenarios.Great job Sukh and the rest of team at Singlewell Seevice Centre and thank you for taking good care of my RS :). Not pleasant experience.. First if all I arrived on time at appointment and had to wait an hour for 10 min job just to change couiple tyres, because some person was late for her own appointment. Secondly and for worse, I accidentally bought wrong size tyres, they didn't warn me it's wrong height, so it's been damaged, as professional s they should ld have warned me, but didn't, instead of apology, they said that should have charged me for changing tyres,, thanks a lot, never again

We were given a list of recommended garages to use from my daughters warranty company. Singlewell were the only company on the contacts list who were happy to run the diagnostics needed to find the fault on the airbag system, as others said they probably wouldn’t be able to fix the fault and would have to go to the main dealer. Once the fault was found, the part was ordered immediately, car was fixed and back on the road by the evening. Communication was great throughout. I would definitely use these guys again.

Took my partners old scenic in for an MOT, the car failed on a split CV boot and exhaust leak. Fixed both issues and re tested very quickly and at a price that eased my Christmas stress.Would definatly recomend.

Took my car to them after another garage could not clarify what was wrong with the car after an airbag warning light was on. They found the exact problem, fixed it and put a new MOT on my car. This is without a doubt the garage to go to.They are very professional and the customer service is excellent.
