The Sundae Club

All they had to do was sell a good cup of coffee but they serve some kind of terrible dish water from a cheap coffee machine and this has led to the cafe closing and I have no idea if/when it will reopen. Get rid of the coffee machine and replace it with a proper barista machine the same as they have in the bistro and the customers will come back.

Went to the Sundae club, it was closed when the website said it was open.

I came out for a lovely walk today, then went to get an ice cream, but my ice cream cone broke as soon as i bought it. They wouldn't give me a refund so i had just wasted around 5 pounds on nothing. Please don't come here for the ice cream you'll regret it.

i love it here! the desserts are fresh and every time i come in there are ice cream new flavours. friendly and helpful staff, and good prices for freshly made sweets! their sundae is value for money!

The outside ice cream shop is rubbish. The quality of the cones is shocking. I have a serious nut allergy and when I asked the staff if they could give me allergy advice they told me I don't know we are not told". So I then had to buy my friend an ice cream but I only had cash. This meant I had to pay my friend to use her card because they were card only. They couldn't even give me change so I had to overpay. We then walked to the benches and as my friend was eating her ice-cream the cone randomly snapped and it all fell on the floor clearly not good quality. Definetly avoid this place."

This place claims to sell crepes and fresh desserts. However, I ordered a crepe today and was told they don’t do them. I then ordered pancakes and received cold, hard stale pancakes that were plucked off a rack despite all of the signs on the windows claiming ‘fresh’.
